Guidelines:
- Annual Picnic 2024 is a fun event organized by LMBCS and is open to all residents in the Lower Mainland.
- Capacity is limited; thus, entry will be on the basis of confirmed bookings.
- Confirmed RSVP is required for all attendees. We would request only one member per family to fill out this RSVP form, filling out for all members of your party.
- There is a cost associated with this event participation.
- Food and other arrangements may change based on circumstances like bad weather, fire hazards etc. We may need to change arrangements based on change in guidelines from the venue authority.
- Please follow ‘Regional Parks Bylaws and Policies’ for park specific guidelines here.
