Dear Esteemed members and well-wishers,

We are excited to invite you to a special Cultural Celebration Event ‘Oikotaan 2025′ showcasing traditions, music, and flavors from around our community. It will be a wonderful evening of community, cultural exchange, and delicious food!

Event Guidelines:

1. Oikotaan 2024 is an event organized by LMBCS and is open to all residents in the Lower Mainland.

2. RSVP is required for all members who wish to avail dinner. We would request only one member per family to fill out this RSVP form for all members of your party. There will be an exception for senior members having difficulty filling RSVP so they can register at the venue.

3. While dinner for members is provided free of cost, we humbly request you to kindly grace us with your presence if you have sent your RSVP. In case of an unforeseen event, it is our request to let us know at your earliest convenience.

Tea and snacks would be arranged as per convenience.

Dinner:

Good food and good music compliment each other and thus we will be serving a thoughtfully crafted dinner that will surely tickle your tastebuds. A tentative menu is attached to this email. Please note that confirmed RSVP is required to avail dinner at the event.
